Caorunn prize giveaway

Thank you for visiting the Caorunn Gin Pop up at St James Quarter. 

The lucky winners will be drawn at 10am each Monday and the prize will be delivered straight to your door. 

The stand is open from 20th July – 23rd August.

Caorunn Gin St James Quarter Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This competition is managed by Replay Activate on behalf of Caorunn Gin.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over.
• Entry is open to UK residents only.
• A valid entry is required to participate in the prize draw.
• We operate a Challenge 25 policy. If you are fortunate enough to look under the age of 25, you will be asked to provide valid photographic ID before purchasing alcohol or entering the competition.
• Accepted forms of ID include a valid passport, UK driving licence or PASS-approved proof of age card.

3. Entry

• Customers will receive one competition entry from scanning the QR code in accordance with the promotional mechanic communicated at the Caorunn Gin Pop-Up.
• Only one entry per qualifying purchase is advised. 
• Entries received outside the applicable competition period will not be included in a prize draw.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during each competition period.
• Winners will be contacted directly by Replay Activate using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
• If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable period, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Prize Fulfilment

• Prizes will be dispatched within 7 days of the relevant prize draw.
• Winners will be asked to provide a delivery address once they have been successfully contacted.
• All prizes will be dispatched in time to be received by 1 September 2026 for the last weekly entry subject to courier delivery times.

7. General

• No cash alternative will be offered for any prize.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
• The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. Data Protection

Personal information collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the administration of the competition, including contacting winners and arranging prize delivery. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be used for any other purpose without the entrant’s consent.
